VonTrees Consulting was founded in 2022 on a simple idea: the fundamentals that drive success in mature industries — like music — translate to cannabis, if you understand the realities of a highly regulated ecosystem.

My background spans strategic marketing, sales, and retail execution with independent shops and multi-location partners across seven states. That breadth taught me how differently each market behaves — and what consistently drives repeat orders and lasting shelf presence.

I bring discipline and focus to practical growth: clear positioning, retailer alignment, and deliberate execution that helps brands and dispensaries scale efficiently — not reactively.

With over a decade in the music industry — across partnership marketing, field promotions, and sales from independent stores to big-box retail — I’ve built a perspective on this business that’s hard to replicate. And I’d love to put it to work for you.
